You can contact us via email, telephone, or chat with us directly on our website to get more information but the fastest way to contact us is via the hotline. We will send all information for your booking to your email and require you to provide some information. You must do a deposit by bank transfer. After we receive the payment for deposit, we will keep the reservation for you. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of the tour.

Yes, after confirming by phone, we will send an email for the booking confirmation which also includes all payment information. You have to deposit an amount of total value as discussed by bank transfer.

In case of last minute booking, we may agree customers pay by cash on the day of the tour, but we cannot guarantee services for all cases.

For cancellation made more than 7 days prior to tour commencement: Full refund

For cancellation made between 2 and 7 days prior to tour commencement: charge 50%/total price

For cancellation made within 2 days prior to tour commencement: 100%/ total price.

To ensure your insurance benefits, you need to provide us these information: full name, nationality, gender, year of birth, address in the prescribed form by the authorized port before embarkation.

Besides that you have to provide those following information below:

+ Special request for food such as vegetarian, vegan, diet food, food allergies

+ Pick up point: Hotel name, hotel address, room number

+ Phone number (if any) or email address.
